Standard Shipping

We generally ship as a parcel with DPD. All shipments are trackable with a tracking number and insured up to €500.00. We generally ship tires with DPD.

For parcel shipping or goods shipments, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 for processing and packaging within Germany. For shipments within Europe, the charge is €20.95. International shipments to Switzerland are charged at €24.95.

For orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping within Germany via DPD. (Excludes e-cross bikes, e-scooters & tires)

The corresponding shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

As an alternative to DPD, shipping within Germany via DHL can be selected at checkout. The cost for this is €6.99, regardless of the order value.

Shipping of hazardous goods: batteries & e-scooters

Batteries are shipped via DPD in accordance with ADR regulations (transport of dangerous goods by road). A flat rate of €29.95 is charged for shipping dangerous goods batteries.

Premium delivery for SUR-RON bikes (Germany, excluding islands)

We are happy to deliver our SUR-RON e-bikes to you personally.
You benefit from a fully assembled e-cross bike that has been carefully inspected and is ready to ride.

We can carry out any desired renovations directly for you upon request. Just ask us!

Personal delivery always takes place after a complete tour has been planned.
Personal delivery of a SUR-RON Light Bee costs EUR 299.00.
Personal delivery of the SUR-RON Ultra Bee costs €299.00.
Personal delivery of the SUR-RON Storm Bee costs €299.00.

If the vehicle is in stock, it will likely take 2-4 weeks for delivery. This includes assembly, as well as the lead time for the shipping company to plan the route and pick up the vehicle.

 

Shipping in a box

As an alternative to personal delivery, your SUR-RON Light Bee can be delivered by our shipping company in a cardboard box.
You will assemble the product yourself. You will still benefit from our first-class service, including any questions you may have about the assembly process.

Desired performance and/or tuning parts can be ordered directly and we will include them with your shipment.

The delivery time from the shipping company is approximately 3-10 working days after receipt of order & payment, provided the vehicle is in stock.
The cost for delivery by freight forwarder in a cardboard box of a SUR-RON Light Bee is 99.00 EUR within Germany.
The cost for delivery of a SUR-RON Ultra Bee via freight forwarding is €149.00.
The cost for delivery of a SUR-RON Storm Bee via freight forwarding is EUR 169.00.

Delivery to European countries via freight forwarding also takes place after receipt of order & payment.
The cost is €169.00 for a SUR-RON Light Bee and €249.00 for a SUR-RON Ultra Bee.
for the SUR-RON Storm Bee 269.00 EUR.

Note regarding shipping via freight carrier for an edition:
(ELMOX Edition, Night Series, Club Edition or Power Bee)

If you order an edition from us that does not include the standard tires (CST cross tires) and choose freight shipping, you will receive the tires along with the accessories in a cardboard box. You will need to transfer these yourself.

The effort involved in completely unpacking the bike, changing the tires, and then repacking the bike would be significantly higher and not covered by the shipping costs of €99.00. Your advantage: You get an extra pair of tires included free of charge!

 

collection

Pick up your order at our ELMOX store in 29364 Langlingen.

A prior appointment is required for this. If you have chosen to pick up your order, we will contact you.

Picking up the bike in a box for self-assembly is free of charge. Even with special editions, self-assembly must be carried out by the customer, including changing tires.

Alternatively, ELMOX can handle the assembly, so you can pick up your vehicle fully assembled and ready to drive. We charge €99.00 for this service.

Payment via PayPal
Pay for your order easily and conveniently via the popular payment provider PayPal. There are no fees for this payment method.

 

Payment in advance / bank transfer

After completing your order, our bank details will be displayed. Please pay the total amount.within 10 daysPayment will be made to our bank account after you place your order. The goods will only be shipped to you after payment has been received.

We offer financing for our e-cross bikes through ConsorsFinanz. The estimated monthly payments are displayed on the product page and depend on the number of installments, the financing amount (shipping, additional parts, etc.), and your creditworthiness. After completing your purchase, you will receive a link from us where you can finalize your financing.
